LTC2063 Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers

Analog Devices LTC2063 Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers are 20kHz zero-drift amplifiers designed to provide high-resolution measurements at extremely low-power levels. These micropower amplifiers typically consume only 1.3μA (2μA max) on a 1.8V supply. With its self-calibrating circuitry, the LTC2063 Amplifiers achieve a maximum 5μV at 25°C input offset voltage and 0.02μV/°C offset voltage drift from –40°C to 125°C. In addition, the op amps do not exceed a 100pA input bias current over the full specified temperature range. These high-precision input features enable the use of high-value power-saving resistors in the feedback network. This design maintains low-power consumption without compromising accuracy even when exposed to elevated temperatures. With its ultra-low quiescent current and outstanding precision, the LTC2063 can serve as a signal chain building block in energy harvesting, wireless sensor, and portable applications.

LTC206x Operational Amplifiers

Analog Devices LTC206x Operational Amplifiers are single and dual low-power, zero-drift amplifiers. The LTC2063/LTC2064 are 20kHz amplifiers, and the TC2066/LTC2067 are 100kHz amplifiers. The amplifiers enable high-resolution measurement at extremely low power levels. The LTC2063/LTC2064 has a typical supply current of 1.4µA per amplifier with a maximum of 2µA. The LTC2066/LTC2067 has a typical supply current of 7.5µA per amplifier with a maximum of 10µA. The available shutdown mode has been optimized to minimize power consumption in duty-cycled applications. The devices feature low charge loss during powerup, reducing total system power.
