LDO Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LDO Linear Regulators are a broad line of high-performance low-dropout linear regulators (LDO). These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation with a very wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range. Output currents range from 100mA to 10A, with positive, negative and multiple outputs.

Negative Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. Negative Linear Regulators are a broad line of high-performance low dropout linear regulators. The LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, and excellent line and load regulation. Analog Devices Inc. Negative Linear Regulators have a wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range and an output currents range from 100mA to 10A with negative outputs.

LT3090 and LT3091 Negative Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LT3090 and LT3091 Negative Linear Regulators increase output current or spread heat on surface-mounted boards. The LT3090 and LT3091 are designed with a precision current reference followed by a high-performance rail-to-rail voltage buffer. The regulators are used in applications requiring precision output, high current with no heat sink, output adjustability to zero, and low dropout voltage. The Analog Devices LT3090 and LT3091 Negative Linear Regulators can also be configured as a 3-terminal floating regulator.

Extended Temperature (H&MP) Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. Extended Temperature (H&MP) Linear Regulators offer several options for applications requiring extended temperature operation. H-grade products offer 100% testing at hot, typically +125°C or +150°C. H-grade products are sample tested at cold (-40°C) with an expanded sample size and zero allowed failures.

LDO Plus

Analog Devices Inc. LDO Plus provide additional functionality and features beyond the basic linear regulator performance. LDO Plus offer functionality like voltage, current and temperature monitoring, and diagnostic information. Additional features for the Analog Devices LDO Plus include a programmable current limit, active output discharge, or the ability to control an upstream supply powering the LDO.

Power Management ICs

Analog Devices Inc. Power Management ICs (PMICs) power innovation with precision and efficiency. With unmatched power densities, ultra-low noise technology, and superior reliability, Analog Devices’ PMIC portfolio supports complex power architectures in the most demanding applications, including industrial, automotive, and aerospace. Electronics engineers and designers are supported with power management evaluation boards and design tools, such as LTspice®, to ease development and optimize performance.
