LDO Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LDO Linear Regulators are a broad line of high-performance low-dropout linear regulators (LDO). These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation with a very wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range. Output currents range from 100mA to 10A, with positive, negative and multiple outputs. 

LT306x Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LT306x Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Linear Regulators supply 500mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. The LDOs operate over a 1.8V to 45V input voltage range. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality. Analog Devices Inc. LT306x Regulators are ideal for battery-powered systems, automotive power supplies, and portable instruments.

Extended Temperature (H&MP) Linear Regulators
