LT306x Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LT306x Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Linear Regulators supply 500mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. The LDOs operate over a 1.8V to 45V input voltage range. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality. Analog Devices Inc. LT306x Regulators are ideal for battery-powered systems, automotive power supplies, and portable instruments.

LDO Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LDO Linear Regulators are a broad line of high-performance low-dropout linear regulators (LDO). These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation with a very wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range. H-grade products offer 100% testing at hot, typically +125°C or +150°C. H-grade products are sample tested at cold (-40°C) with an expanded sample size and zero allowed failures.
