LT1963A Low-Noise Low Dropout Regulators

Analog Devices LT1963A Low-Noise Low Dropout Regulators are optimized for fast transient response. The devices are capable of supplying 1.5A of output current with a dropout voltage of 340mV. The operating quiescent current is 1mA, dropping to < 1μA in shutdown. Quiescent current is well controlled; it does not rise in dropout as it does with many other regulators. In addition to the fast transient response, the LT1963A regulators have very low output noise, making them ideal for sensitive RF supply applications.

Positive Linear LDO Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. Positive Linear Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are high-performance, low dropout linear regulators. The LDOs provide very low dropout, fast transient response, as well as excellent line and load regulation. These Positive Linear Regulators from Analog Devices also offer a very wide input voltage range from 0.9V to 80V. Output currents range from 100mA to 10A with positive and multiple outputs.
