Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices Isolated Gate Drivers feature iCoupler® technology. The iCoupler technology provides reliability and performance advantages over designs using optocouplers or pulse transformers. The isolated gate driver family offers 50ns propagation delay (max.), less than 5ns channel-to-channel matching, 400Vrms working voltage for a 50-year lifetime, and galvanic isolation.

ADuM4121 Precision Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices ADuM4121 Precision Isolated Gate Drivers are 2A isolated, single-channel drivers with iCoupler® technology for precision isolation. The ADuM4121 provide 5kV rms isolation in the wide-body, 8-lead SOIC package. The isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives like the combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers. The drivers combine high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology.

ADuM4120 & ADuM4121 Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices Inc. ADuM4120/ADuM4121 Precision Isolated Gate Drivers are 2A single-channel drivers that provide true, galvanic isolation between the input and the output.
