ADP162 LDO Voltage Regulators

Analog Devices ADP162 LDO Voltage Regulators are designed as ultra-low quiescent current, low dropout, linear regulators capable of operating from 2.2V to 5.5V while delivering up to 150mA of output current. With a low 195mV dropout voltage at 150mA load, ADP162 improves efficiency and enables operation over a wide input voltage range. In order to meet the requirements of high performance, space-constrained applications, ADP162 LDO are specifically designed for stable operation with tiny 1μF ± 30% ceramic input and output capacitors. The ADP162 LDO voltage regulators are ideal for Mobile phones, digital cameras & audio devices, portable & battery-powered equipment, post DC-to-DC regulation, and portable medical devices.
