ADIS16460 iSensor® MEMS IMU

Analog Devices ADIS16460 iSensor® MEMS IMU offers a full inertial system complete with a triaxial accelerometer and triaxial gyroscope. Industry-leading iMEMS® technology and signal conditioning are integrated into each sensor to optimize dynamic performance. Each sensor is factory calibrated for bias, alignment, and sensitivity. This process allows each sensor to have its own dynamic compensation formulas. The dynamic compensation formulas ensure highly accurate sensor measurements. Data collection and configuration control are delivered through a simple interface using SPI and register structures. Using the ADIS16460 gives designers a simple method for integrating accurate, multi-axis inertial sensing in industrial systems. ADIS16460's tight orthogonal alignment simplifies inertial frame alignment for navigation systems.
