AD761x ADCs

Analog Devices AD761x family consists of 16-bit simultaneous sampling ADCs and a data acquisition solution (DAS). The AD761x family provides high performance with throughput rates from 250kSPS to 1MSPS and a flexible parallel or serial interface. AD7616 is designed as a fully integrated DAS with a 16-bit, bipolar input ADC that supports dual simultaneous sampling of 16 channels. The AD7610 and AD7612 series feature unipolar/bipolar programmable input PulSAR® ADCs with a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) architecture.

AD7610/AD7612 PulSAR® ADCs

Analog Devices AD7610/AD7612 PulSAR® ADCs are 16-bit unipolar/bipolar programmable input ADCs constructed using iCMOS® high-voltage process. These ADCs include a high-speed 16-bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal reference and buffer, serial and parallel system interface ports, and error correction circuits. The AD7610/AD7612 ADCs feature four different analog input ranges, including 0V to 5V, 0V to 10V, ±5V, and ±10V. These ADCs provide designers with three different sampling modes. These modes include warp mode for a fast throughput, normal mode for the fastest asynchronous throughput, and impulse mode, where power consumption is scaled linearly with throughput. Typical applications include process control, medical instruments, high-speed data acquisition, instruments, and spectrum analysis.
