AD-ACEVSECRDSET-SL Evaluation Board

Analog Devices AD-ACEVSECRDSET-SL Evaluation Board is a Type 2 EVSE 3.6kW charging cable solution for evaluating and prototyping EV charging systems. The Analog Devices Inc. AD-ACEVSECRDSET-SL includes a 3-channel isolated sigma-delta ADC for voltage and current measurement, along with relay voltage monitoring for solder contact detection and relay health status. Safety features include a 6mA DC/30mA rms RCD, and detection capabilities cover overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and EV diode presence. Control and communication are managed by a MAX32655 low-power Arm® Cortex®-M4 Microcontroller, with BLUETOOTH® 5.2 connectivity for external devices. The design comes with open-source software and reference applications, facilitating customized software development while meeting relevant standards. An external programmer, like the MAX32625PICO MAXDAP Programming Adapter, is necessary for firmware programming and debugging via the SWD interface.
