MAX77860 Switch-Mode Buck Charger

Analog Devices MAX77860 Switch-Mode Buck Charger features a USB Type-C™ CC detection capability with reverse boost capability and a Safe out LDO. The MAX77860 offers two integrated switches, small inductor and capacitor sizes, and a programmable battery charging current. The device has a single input, which works for both USB and high-voltage adapters. The device supports USB Type-C CC detection under BC 1.2 specification. The MAX77860 blocks connected to the adapter/USB pin are protected from input overvoltage events up to 14V.
