Analog Devices Inc. MAX25400 Automotive Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Protector is designed for high-ESD and short-circuit protection of low-voltage internal USB data and USB power lines in automotive radio, navigation, connectivity, and USB hub applications. The MAX25400 features USB Hi-Speed (480Mbps), USB full-speed (12Mbps), and USB low-speed (1.5Mbps) operation. The MAX25400 USB 2.0 Protector offers short-circuit protection options that include short-to-BUS and short-to-battery on the protected HVD+ and HVD- fault output.
