MAX20098 Automotive Step-Down Controller ICs

Analog Devices Inc. MAX20098 Automotive Step-Down Controller ICs are 2.2MHz synchronous step-down controller ICs with 3.5µA IQ. They operate with an input voltage supply from 3.5V to 42V and can operate in dropout conditions at a 99% (typical) duty cycle. The ICs are intended for applications with mid- to high-power requirements that operate at a wide input voltage range, like during automotive cold crank or engine stop-start conditions.

Power Management ICs

Analog Devices Inc. Power Management ICs (PMICs) power innovation with precision and efficiency. With unmatched power densities, ultra-low noise technology, and superior reliability, Analog Devices’ PMIC portfolio supports complex power architectures in the most demanding applications, including industrial, automotive, and aerospace. Electronics engineers and designers are supported with power management evaluation boards and design tools, such as LTspice®, to ease development and optimize performance. From Silent Switcher® regulators and µModule® power solutions to advanced battery management, LDOs, and digital power control, ADI delivers high-efficiency, low-noise, and compact solutions that ensure reliability and scalability.
