MAX17561/2/3 Overvoltage & Overcurrent Protectors

Analog Devices MAX17561 and MAX17562 and MAX17563 Adjustable Overvoltage and Overcurrent Protectors offer robust industrial power protection with a wide +4.5V to +36V input supply range. The devices are ideal to protect systems against positive and negative input voltage faults up to Q40V and feature low 100mΩ (typ.) RON FETs.
