Amphenol Pcd High Speed Contacts include Quadrax, Twinax, and 75Ω contacts. Amphenol Twinax contacts are designed for use with twinax cable (shielded twisted pair) in data Bus systems and meet EN3155 or ABS1600/1607 standards (ARINC600). Amphenol Quadrax contacts offer several advantages for high data transfer rates, low power consumption, and excellent EMI (electromagnetic interference) compatibility. Quadrax contacts meet EN3155 or ABS0973/0974 (ARINC600) standards. Amphenol 75Ω contacts feature 75Ω impedance, 0-3GHz frequency range, and meet EN3645 standards.

High-Speed Quadrax Contacts

Amphenol Aerospace High-Speed Quadrax Contacts are made up of an outer contact with four inner contacts spaced to form two 100Ω or 150Ω controlled impedance differential pairs. Both contacts, when used in Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 III and ARINC connectors, provide an excellent alternative for harsh environment applications. These applications include Ethernet 100 Base-T 100Ω, Gigabit Ethernet 1000 Base-T 100Ω, Fibre Channel 150Ω, IEEE1394B FireWire 110Ω. Amphenol Aerospace High-Speed Quadrax Contacts are gold-plated with crimp terminations. They offer low power consumption and EMI compatibility.
