M Series Circular Metric Connectors

Amphenol LTW M Series Circular Metric Connectors provide secure and reliable data transmission, as well and superior power transmission performance, in accordance with IEC standards. The M series includes a comprehensive product range, including M5, M8, Guided M8, M10.5, M12, 7/8", M20, and M23. Additional versions offered are push-pull, MPronto-12, and MPronto-12 push-pull connectors with a unique push-pull, fast-locking system that ensures secure, tool-free plugging. The MPronto-12 push-pull connectors are backward compatible with all female M12 1.0 sockets made by different manufacturers.

M8 & Guided M8 Circular Metric Connectors

Amphenol LTW M8 Circular Metric Connectors offer three to eight pins and feature screw thread and snap-in mating styles with complete 360° shielding. The M8 connectors are vibration-proof, corrosion-resistant, and rated IP65/IP67/IP68 waterproof. The connectors meet IEC 61076-2-104 standards. Amphenol LTW Guided M8 is an M8 connector with a guided key that prevents mismating. The Guided M8 Connectors comply with protection class IP65-IP68 and offer two to six contacts with a rated current of 1.5A to 3A. Amphenol LTW Guided M8 offers screw thread and snap-in mating styles.

M8 & M12 Circular Metric SMT/DIP Connectors

Amphenol LTW M8 and M12 Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) and Dual-In-Line Plug (DIP) Connectors are two-piece connectors designed for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). These connectors can be equipped on both sides and do not have any via holes for the connection pins, helping to reduce the PCB surface area. These connectors use a shield spring for further shielding function and achieve IEC 61076-2-101 and -104 compliance for the M12 and M8 series, respectively. The SMT/DIP connectors are ideal for industrial automation, mass rail transit / railway, communication systems, marine, LED, and lighting applications.

MPRONTO-12 M-12 Push-Pull Connectors

Amphenol LTW MPRONTO-12 M-12 Push-Pull Connectors are spring-lock designed for backward compatibility with all M12 1.0 thread sockets according to IEC standards. These connectors are uniquely designed with a simple push-to-plug and pull-to-unplug feature. The M-12 push-pull connectors save significant installation time over the standard M12 screw thread mating. Amphenol LTW MPRONTO-12 M-12 Push-Pull Connectors meet IP67, IP68, and IP69K ingress protection requirements, along with RoHS compliance and UL 94V-0 flammability standards. The MPronto-12 plug mates with all M12*1.0 sockets and complies with IEC 61076-2-101, regardless of the manufacturer. It meets IP68 ingress protection and supports M12 A, B, C, D, H, I, P, S, T, X, and Y codes. (S and T codes are available in the overmolded non-shielded version and field installable crimp type). Applications include industrial automation, lift and material handling, hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), and heavy equipment.
