NGCON Fiber Optic Connectors

Amphenol Fiber Systems International (FSI) NGCON Fiber Optic Connectors are designed with features from D38999 and M28876 connector standards and manufactured using proven technology. This series includes genderless fiber optic termini and high-density packaging. These connectors are compliant with NGCON MIL-STD-64266 military standards and follow M28876 panel cutouts. A removable ASR offers easy maintenance, and the rear release contact requires no pulling on fiber. The connectors use a ratcheting coupling nut to resist vibration while a traverse sealing via O-ring on termini eliminates troublesome rear grommet. A replaceable retaining clip-on contact ensures a long service life. Applications for Amphenol FSI NGCON Fiber Optic Connectors include avionics, naval shipboard/dockside communications, and military fiber optic interconnects.
