PV® 2.54mm Wire-to-Board Connectors

Amphenol FCI PV® 2.54mm Wire-to-Board Connectors are designed for high-density board-to-board, board-to-wire, wire-to-wire applications with demanding electrical and mechanical performance requirements. This PV solution is a versatile and modular system featuring unique dual-metal PV receptacle contacts and durability of up to 1000 cycles. A beryllium copper spring ensures high normal force at the mating interface while the polarized mating geometry prevents mismatching. Designers have a choice of three spring pressures to customize insertion and withdrawal forces to specific application requirements. Amphenol FCI PV Wire-to-Board Connector System is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and meets environmental, health, and safety requirements. Applications include communications, consumer, medical, instrumentation, industrial equipment, white goods, automotive electronics, and military and avionics.

Dubox™ & Bergstik™ Connectors

Amphenol FCI's Dubox™ & Bergstik™ mezzanine connector system is a pin-in-socket board-to-board fully modular system on a 2.54mm pitch. Available in through-hole or surface-mount , FCI's Dubox™ & Bergstik™ connectors offer single and double row covering 2 up to 72 positions with a minimum stack height of 9.54mm. Double body headers allow for complete variable stack heights up to 26mm.

BergStik connectors feature a breakaway design, allowing users to cut or break to length to suit an application profile. The maximum current rating of these Amphenol FCI (Amphenol ICC) unshrouded headers is 3A per contact. These single- and double-row connectors include straight or right-angle options from 2 to 72 positions.
