Intel EN6340QI PowerSoC DC-DC Step-Down Converter delivers an outstanding combination of power density and conversion efficiency. This converter integrates power switches, inductors, gate drives, controllers, and compensation in a small 4 x 6mm QFN package. The EN6340QI converter provides a low-risk solution with excellent FIT rates because of its high level of integration. This converter provides increased power density with an excellent conversion efficiency of up to 96%. Basic applications of the EN6340QI converter include 5V/3.3V bus architectures, space-constrained applications, and distributed power architectures.
