CT41x XtremeSense® TMR Current Sensors

Allegro MicroSystems CT41x XtremeSense® TMR Current Sensors are high bandwidth and ultra-low-noise integrated contact current sensors utilizing the patented XtremeSense® TMR technology. The technology enables high-accuracy current measurements for many consumer, enterprise, and industrial applications. These components support eight current ranges where the integrated current carrying conductor (CCC) will handle up to 65A of current and generates a current measurement as a linear analog output voltage. The 8-lead SOIC packaged CT41x sensors achieve a total output error of about ±1.0% full-scale (FS), a 300ns output response time, and a 6.0mA current consumption. A filter function reduces the noise on the output pin.
