CT220 XtremeSense TMR Contactless Current Sensors

Allegro MicroSystems CT220 XtremeSense™ TMR Contactless Current Sensors high-linearity and high-resolution contactless modules with patented XtremeSense TMR technology. These sensors measure the magnetic field of the current flowing through a busbar or printed circuit board (PCB) trace and convert it to an analog output voltage that represents the field and current. These contactless current sensors provide a typical total output error of ±0.5% while the sensing field (current) is as low as 5mA. The series offers a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and a 1.2mA supply current rating in a five-lead SOT23 package. Allegro MicroSystems CT220 XtremeSense TMR Contactless Current Sensors feature inherently high isolation, making them an ideal solution for applications requiring product safety compliance.
