IoT RAM (QSPI SDR, QSPI DDR, OPI, HPI) in WLCSP

AP Memory IoT RAM (QSPI SDR, QSPI DDR, OPI, HPI) in the WLCSP package offers Internet of Things (IoT) RAM in 64M to 512M densities with x8 or x16 organization.  Depending on the device, have maximum clock frequencies from 84MHZ to 200MHz. The AP Memory OPI Pseudostatic Random Access Memory (PSRAM) DDR operating supply voltages are available in 1.8V and 3V versions. These devices support industrial grade (-40°C~85°C) by default, and extended temperature (-40°C~105°C).
