The metal alloy or carbonyl powder molding enables reduced core losses and lower DC resistance (DCR). AMELH Power Inductors

Abracon AMELH Power Inductors are flat-wire / hot-pressed molded inductors that cover a wide range of form factors ideal for high-performance power electronics. With the specialized metal alloy powder materials and advanced hot-press flat-wire processing techniques, these inductors deliver reliable solutions. Abracon AMELH Power Inductors are RoHS/RoHS II compliant and are available in a broad range of inductance values, from 0.042μH to 22μH. Ideal applications include telecom equipment, battery-powered devices, solar power, lighting, and consumer, industrial, and other electronics.

AMELH5030S Power Inductors

Abracon AMELH5030S Power Inductors feature low DCR (1.6mΩ to 40.4mΩ) and high saturation current (6.5A to 45A) in a package measuring 5.5mm x 5.3mm x 2.9mm. These flat-wire / hot-pressed molded power inductors offer minimal audible buzzing, soft saturation characteristics, and ultra-low AC losses. The AMELH5030S series operates in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, including self-temperature rise, and is RoHS/RoHS II compliant. Abracon AMELH5030S Power Inductors are compact and ideally suited for use in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, and telecom equipment.
